I had an enjoyable chat recently with Helen Palmer from Self unLimited as we discussed the idea of navigating a workscape and reflected on a recent break that ended for me earlier in the year. The idea that you partition off areas of your existence is over and I also realise that on many occasions I had my work/life balance out of alignment . I talk about how music has helped me over the years and that my break from Aug 2020 - Feb 2021 was informed by music events.
